Completed NACHI's Code of Ethics obstacle course and abide by it
Passed NACHI's Standards of Practice test and follow them
Complete at least 38 hours of continuing education every year
Completed Allied Home Inspection Training (100 Hrs) Course
Passed all of Allied Home Inspectors Tests and Final Exam
Passed the National Home Inspectors Exam

Completed Home Inspection Training (64 Hrs) Course at the Professional Learning Institute (PLI)
